Laurel and Hardy

John loves the 3 Stooges and also their contemporaries Laurel and Hardy. There are 2 Laurel and Hardy museums, one in England for Stan Laurel, the other just outside of Augusta in Harlem, GA where Oliver Hardy was born. They had lots of artifacts and mementos. We were able to watch a movie. My grandchildren thought it was very funny. It was very cool.







On that same small Main St stood I realized John had started his own church (lol)

Christmas with the Hortons

We traveled to Augusta, GA to visit Jennifer and Ed and their children for Christmas. While there we had Christmas, went bowling and toured the Woodrow Wilson home, which I loved. The kids seemed to enjoy it also.

Here John was opening a present, and next we helped little Bella open hers.





Afterwards I got the privilege of introducing my granddaughter to her first sewing machine! Boy we had fun with that!
